Did you ever want to get a picture of something- say a rose - but didn't know how? Did you ever see a picture of that perfect rose but you didn't know how to get that rose picture so you could use it on your computer - say for your stationary? If so read on.
Want that perfect rose? This is what I suggest:
1. Bring up your browser and type in Rose in the Search box (the right next to the address box).
2. Click on Images next to the word Web or click on Image results for Rose. There you are! They will show you hundreds on photos of roses.
Enjoy it to view your favorite movie star or singer. Don't blame me if you spend hours now looking at pictures.
OK! I found the perfect beauty, I mean rose. I could go to Edit on the browser tool bar and click on Select All and then Edit/Paste it into a document like Appleworks. Ah, but that is too much work!
Now this is why I love my Mac! Just click and drag that beautiful Rose and drop it on your desktop. You could even find, drag, and drop a whole bunch of roses and then put them in a folder name Roses for future reference. They are even labeled, though you can change the names. You do know how to change the name of files, don¹t you. Well, that's another story. :)
Enjoy!
